Mend focus on inspiring children, families and adults to lead and sustain fitter, healthier and happier lives. They focus on changing the behaviours that cause obesity and do this by providing programmes, resources, and training. They required a marketing tool to help engage potential partners and also future funders.

We were commissioned to design the effective solution pictured above of a brochure with inter-changeable inserts. We understood their philosophy and created a powerful message of ‘We put health at the heart of everything we do…’ Combining this on the front cover with a memorable shot is truly aspirational.

Above are designs for postcards depicting neon ‘drawings’ of chemical models of protein structures by Graphic Thought Facility, which were displayed in The Wellcome’s Trusts windows. Above on 3, are designs for hoardings for the launch of the Wellcome Collection. It will house the Wellcome Library, permanent exhibitions, a café and bookshop, and a programme of events and temporary exhibitions exploring the connections between medicine, life and art.

Serrenia, is a £1.4bn luxury resort in the Egyptian Red Sea and comprises of a 200-room, seven-star hotel, offering 24-hour butler service, a golf course and leisure spa. It also includes an international marina, a retail district containing a shopping centre, nightclubs, bars, restaurants and a sports club.

The concept above shows an identity and a clean, minimal, circular look and feel for the brochure design which was inspired by the curved buildings and the location surrounded by water. The evocative quote; ‘The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams’ was used throughout to convey the aspirational proposed lifestyle. (Freelance for Publicis Dialog).

Design of an annual report for the national network of Science Learning Centres. Following and interpreting brand guidelines for the umbrella brand of the SLC, the design was informative, visually striking and relevant with impact

Rubicon Capital is a London based research, advisory and professional services firm which helps international institutional and private clients to design and implement wealth enhancing legal, financial and tax solutions.

The chosen identity is visually impactful with a strong sense of history. The name and the horse in the logo refers to the story of Julius Caesar’s crossing of the Rubicon river in 49 BC in northern Italy. ‘Alea iacta est’ literally translates as ‘The die has been cast’ and also refers to this historical moment.

We have designed numerous marketing communications for the College Centre of Quality Improvement at The Royal College of Psychiatrists. One example, shown above, is the new service standards for the QNCC. QNCC is a network that works with community-based child and adolescent mental health services, improving services for young people through a supportive, standards-based review process.

This set of standards for the first time have been developed in partnership with young people. The chosen concept uses bold, fresh colours and friendly people info-graphics to help readability and standout in a relatively formal and informative document.

PCT is a leading, independent telecommunications’ services provider to businesses throughout the UK. They needed a rebrand to appeal to their ever-growing client base of large corporates, SMEs and charities and to reflect 10 years of successful trading in a variety of sectors including law, health and education.

A professional and business-like brand was created with a modern identity for PCT and also Premier Choice Internet, the sister company. The new logo is based on the traditional phone receiver ‘dotty’ pattern but also indicates the digital aspect of communications. A strapline of ‘Bespoke solutions for business’ was developed and also a tone of voice established for the copy. www.premierchoicetelecom.com
